The MarketingBuddy connector brings your workspace into Claude. Ask about your marketing briefing, goals and tasks, read your analytics and ad results, and draft and manage articles, posts, emails and ad changes, using the services you have connected in MarketingBuddy.
Before you connect
- A MarketingBuddy account with workspace setup finished. Sign up if you don’t have one; a trial is enough to connect.
- The services you want Claude to work with (Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta, your email platform, your store, your social accounts) connected in MarketingBuddy’s Integrations page. Claude reports a service that is not connected; it does not connect one for you.
Connect
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and find MarketingBuddy in the directory. (Or choose Add custom connector and enter
https://www.marketingbuddy.si/mcp/claude.) - Select Connect. Sign in to MarketingBuddy and choose Allow.
- Start a chat and ask, for example, “Give me my marketing briefing and the next priority.”
If you belong to more than one workspace, ask Claude to list your workspaces and switch to the one you mean.
What you can ask
- “What changed in my traffic and sign-ups this week, and which channel drove it?”
- “Show the open tasks for my social media agent.”
- “Which Search Console queries are close to page one? Propose an article for the best one.”
- “How are my Google and Meta campaigns doing against my target cost per sale?”
- “Draft a reply to the newest Google review.”
Approvals and safety
Connecting does not authorize publishing, sending, spending or turning on automation. Every tool is marked as reading or changing your workspace, so Claude can ask your permission before a change, and MarketingBuddy applies the approval settings you set in the app: posts, emails, texts and ad changes that need your approval wait for it, ad changes go to Pending Ads, and spending limits stay in place. Claude sees only the workspaces your account belongs to.
What stays in the app
Image and video generation, the Video Editor, and direct calls to your email and ad platforms’ own tools are not part of the Claude connector. Use them in the MarketingBuddy app. Images and videos already in your content library can still be listed, tagged and used in posts and ads from Claude.
Remove access
Disconnect MarketingBuddy in Claude’s Settings → Connectors, or revoke Claude in MarketingBuddy’s Settings → Connect MCP. Access also lapses after 90 days without use.
