Contact support
Email hello@mymarketingbuddy.com or open a support request in your workspace. Include your account email, what you were trying to do, and the error message. Never include passwords, access tokens, or API keys.
Connect your account
Use your existing Marketing Buddy account and finish workspace setup before connecting an AI client. See Connect your AI for the current connection instructions. OAuth connections let you sign in and approve access without copying a token into the client.
Manage or remove access
Open Settings → Connect MCP to review connected apps and revoke their access. To reconnect, start the connection again in your AI client and sign in to the intended Marketing Buddy account.
Billing and account requests
Manage your subscription and AI credits in Billing. For account deletion or a privacy request, email support from your account address. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
